I came across this useful little booklet the other day, Osram was a part of GEC so these circuits would have been used them and many other set around 1939 and later. The KT66 was a popular audio amplifier valve and can be seen in many of these diagrams. The last circuit is described for a deaf aid and contains midget valves S11 and L11, I've never seen those valves before.
