  1. Many thanks for your information regarding the Grundig Satellit 500 repair!! My set packed up in the same manner and I almost chucked it out three times.However after reading your info I gave it one more try, and it worked!!! I had to change the capacitor though, and that was a bit of a fiddle to say the least, but I got it all back together and Bobs your uncle, as they say. Many thanks agaig and good luck!!
